I can not think of a better example that demonstrates how a group of dedicated people working toward a common goal can positively impact the lives of millions. STOP CANCER’s funding of research at The UCLA/Jonsson, USC/Norris and City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Centers, world class medical facilities affiliated with the National Cancer Institute, holds the very real potential of developing improved methods of diagnosis, treatment, and the noblest goal of all — a cure.

Through your support, some of the country’s finest young researchers have received funding, enabling them to build a body of work in pursuing innovative investigative directions that promise to advance our ability to provide successful, compassionate care. Through your support, we will continue to make available the resources needed by our researchers in their ongoing battle to triumph over one of our most dreaded diseases. Through your support, we will achieve the ultimate objective expressed by our mission statement — “Dedicating to Curing Cancer in our Lifetime“.

The organization’s full-time staff, working with our many members who selflessly give of their time, and whose generous contributions have enabled us to accomplish so much during the past twenty years, is dedicated to making our goal a reality.
